Whole school license provides unlimited access to six training videos for 12 months, plus one in-person group facilitated session with Robin for up to twelve of your Middle leaders (or a combination of Senior and Middle Leaders), usually timed to take place towards the end of the school year.

OPTION TWO: Classic 1:1 confidential in-person Senior and Middle Leader bespoke mentoring.

Robin actually bans note taking to ensure that the candidate completely concentrates on the thinking part. Instead, 20 – 50 pages of bespoke password-protected notes issued after each of the four x two-hour sessions, that are paced approximately three to five weeks apart – that’s long enough in between sessions to allow sufficient time for new concepts to embed though not too far apart for momentum to be lost.
