Group and Individual Mentoring for the Head Teachers, Middle and Senior Leaders of Independent Schools
Choose from confidential bespoke 1:1 mentoring sessions which are tailored to the individual needs of Senior and Middle Leaders, Bursars, and other Senior Support Staff. The classic 1:1 package covers eight detailed areas of greatest value to the candidate and your school. Four x two-hour sessions are carried out three to five weeks apart and once completed, Robin provides FREE unlimited support by telephone or email for FIVE YEARS.
By contrast, group training sessions might cover any two of the six popular themes covered in the online training videos and are delivered in a one-off in-person or an online facilitated session for up to 12 Middle Leaders anywhere in the UK or further afield.
